1. About these terms

These terms govern the sale of products by BioPeptix to you. By placing an order you confirm that you accept these terms and that you are legally able to enter into a contract.

All products supplied by BioPeptix are intended exclusively for laboratory, analytical and research applications. They are not offered for human consumption, self-administration or veterinary use.

2. Eligibility

Products may only be ordered by persons aged 18 or over who are acting in a professional, academic or otherwise legitimate research capacity, and who are competent to handle laboratory materials safely.

3. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order where we consider the stated use to be inconsistent with research-only supply.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and exclude delivery, which is charged at a flat rate of £5 for tracked UK delivery. Payment is taken at the point of order.

5. Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that your intended use is lawful in your jurisdiction, that materials are stored and handled appropriately, and that they are kept away from persons who may misuse them.

6. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, BioPeptix is not liable for any loss arising from use of products outside their stated research purpose.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
