Who may purchase from BioPeptix and how our products may be used.
Eligibility
Customers must be aged 18 or over and must be purchasing for legitimate laboratory, analytical, academic or other professional research purposes.
Prohibited uses
Products must not be consumed, injected, inhaled, applied to the body, administered to any person or animal, resold for such purposes, or represented as being suitable for such purposes.
Refusal of supply
We may refuse, cancel or restrict any order where we have reason to believe that the intended use falls outside research-only supply or breaches applicable law.
Onward supply
Customers who transfer materials to a third party remain responsible for ensuring that the recipient is eligible and that research-only conditions are communicated and observed.
