Delivery charge

Tracked UK delivery is charged at a flat rate of £5 per order.

Dispatch and tracking

Orders placed on working days are typically dispatched within one to two working days. A tracking reference is issued by email once your parcel has been collected by the carrier.

Packaging

Items are packaged for transport with clear research-use labelling. Where a product's stated storage conditions require it, appropriate protective packaging is used.

Delays

Carrier delays are outside our control. If your parcel has not arrived within the expected window, contact us with your order reference and we will investigate.
